1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition (including original packaging and tags).

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after being received.
    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you can exchange the item for another one, provided it is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Exchange Process:

  • We will offer you a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • You must notify us about any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order.
