Replace Or Exchange Policy

Shipping and Return Costs:

Exceptions:
There are certain items that are not eligible for replacement or exchange. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we do not accept replacements or exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply for this cooling off period.
Refunds:
